House rules

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable stay while respecting the apartment, the building and our neighbours. Please read and follow the house rules below.

General Use

The apartment may only be used by the guests included in the confirmed booking. Additional overnight guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Please treat the apartment with care. Small Vienna is a private art apartment with original artwork, furniture and personal design elements. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

No Parties or Events

Parties, loud gatherings and events are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing in advance. The apartment is located in a residential building, and respect for neighbours is essential.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, especially in the evening, at night and in the common areas of the building.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the building’s common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and similar products.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed in writing before booking.

Artwork, Furniture and Equipment

Please do not move, remove or tamper with artwork, furniture, decorations, technical equipment or fixed installations. If something does not work as expected, please contact us rather than trying to repair or adjust it yourself.

Air Conditioning, Heating and Windows

Please use heating and air conditioning responsibly. When using air conditioning or heating, keep windows closed. Please switch off lights, appliances and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

Kitchen and Appliances

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances with care. Please leave dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment clean after use. Do not pour grease, oil or food waste into the sink.

Waste and Recycling

Please separate recyclables where possible. Paper, glass, metal and plastic can be left in the designated areas in the kitchen. General rubbish may remain in the bins unless otherwise instructed.

Keys and Building Access

Please take good care of the keys. Lost keys may result in replacement charges, including lock or access-system replacement if required for security reasons.

Please always make sure the apartment door and building entrance door are properly closed when entering or leaving.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. Late check-out is only possible if confirmed in advance.

Before departure, please leave the apartment in reasonable condition, remove personal belongings and return the keys as instructed.

Registration Requirement

All guests must complete the required guest registration before or during check-in. This is required by local regulations.

Damage or Issues

Please report any damage, breakage, technical issue or accident as soon as possible. We understand that accidents can happen; prompt communication helps us solve problems quickly and fairly.

Serious Breach of House Rules

A serious or repeated breach of the house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund and may lead to additional charges.
